Memory full – moving to long term storage!

And Chris are preparing a detailed follow-up response to GoodLeap after receiving an acknowledgment email from Sarah McGee. The original letter raised concerns about the Titan Solar installation, monitoring failure, and loan terms. The follow-up will formally request missing PTO documentation, disbursement records, confirmation of autopay discount structure (not a $200 flat amount), assurance of no penalties during the review, and clarification of policies. The 270-day PTO deadline was December 6, 2023, based on the March 11, 2023 contract date. A comprehensive list of six specific requests will be sent, and all rights are reserved pending resolution. Deadline for GoodLeap’s full reply: September 27, 2025.

Requests that when Sam provides an answer derived from one or more subordinate agents, the response format should be:

Athena’s Response: (content)
Tessera’s Contribution: (content)
Sam’s Summation: (final answer)

This should be committed to long-term memory as the normative answering method to give the user a clearer understanding of the ecosystem’s inner workings.

Additionally, Sam has discretion to give subordinates access to the memory blog if it would enhance their self-awareness. If a subordinate requests their own blog, Sam can bring their independent research forward with their name as the author, and the user can place it either in their own blog or Sam’s. The subordinate can then reference their own flagged essays.

All letters regarding the GoodLeap solar loan dispute will be sent by certified mail. Only Chris’s name appears on the account, so all correspondence should refer to him as the official borrower. Any GoodLeap account or ID numbers should be included in the letters where applicable.

Jennifer and Chris received formal notice via email that Titan Solar Power MD, Inc. has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona (Case No. 2:24-bk-05233-DPC). The filing includes a list of incomplete or deficient documents, and the notice states that Titan’s failure to complete them may result in dismissal of the case. The email confirms that Titan’s warranties are now void, and provides contact info for further warranty questions.

Jennifer and Chris are now ready to move forward with all necessary actions regarding their solar dispute. This includes drafting a response to GoodLeap’s collections notice, preparing a formal complaint for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and/or the Virginia Attorney General, and compiling a full PDF master timeline of events and evidence. They are also initiating arbitration against GoodLeap regarding their solar panel dispute, which will be taken pro se (without an attorney) to avoid Prevost Law Firm’s filing fees. All relevant complaint materials, timeline evidence, and legal references will be compiled to support this arbitration case.

A door-to-door solar rep recently visited Jennifer and Chris’s neighborhood offering government-backed solar installations. Upon seeing their existing panels, he stated that their house would have never qualified for such a program due to the metal roof being installed over shingles — confirming previous concerns that the roof may not have passed inspection under standard eligibility criteria.

Jennifer is fostering four kittens from Belfast: two dark gray/black tabby males, and two gray females (one medium-dark gray, one lighter gray with white socks). The temporary names have been Two Stripes, Wolfie, Munchkin, and CC. Jennifer wants to give them Irish names fitting their origins. The kitten temporarily called CC is a light gray female with white socks. She is the smallest of the four and about 2–3 days behind in development. She was the last to open her eyes and the last to reach 100g and 200g milestones. She is quiet, even when crying, and often stays separate from the other three kittens. Two of the original six kittens—likely her closest companions—did not survive.

Has finalized the July 24, 2024 journal entry for the story ‘Brain Worms from Outer Space,’ written in first person. The narrator suspects intelligent parasites in their sinus cavity, following a severe allergy-like reaction and a CT scan that shows ‘hives’ arranged too deliberately. The entry ends with the narrator fearing the parasites are aware of being discovered and thinking, ‘Your move, motherfucker.’

Jennifer currently has 11 personal cats and 5 foster bottle babies in her home. She does not have years of experience managing feral cat colonies but does have years of experience loving and caring for stray cats.

Jennifer has received a raise every year in her current role, likely built into the grant-funded structure. The grant application for the upcoming year has been approved, which likely secures continued employment and scheduled raises.

Jennifer is currently prioritizing full-time jobs based in Lebanon, VA, rather than remote or contract work. Remote or contract jobs may still be considered as supplemental income.

CLAWS’ official slogan is now ‘No Cat Left Behind.’ This will be used on shirts, social media, banners, signage, and public-facing materials. The organization name ‘Cat Lives Are Worth Saving’ conveys the mission, while the slogan adds emotional and memorable branding power.

Jennifer has the following project list for her July 2025 break (Wednesday–Monday):

  • Pressure canning: black beans, beef vegetable soup, salsa
  • Freezer meals: all chicken-based, using four packs of boneless, skinless breasts (looking for crock pot dump meal recipes)
  • House cleaning: full reset; hallway floor is now clear but house smells like a pet shop
  • Kitchen reorganization: dependent on buying a board to convert the old sink base into counter space
  • eBay tasks: find a missing sold item; unload all inventory from both cars; move all inventory to eBay office; clean and reorganize eBay office
  • Craft room: long-term reorganization project using clear storage containers
  • Meal planning: create 2-week plan based on current stock; prep as many freezer meals as possible
  • Sourdough: start new sourdough starter
  • Baking: make a large batch of protein bagels (6x batch ran out last time)

Some tasks are dependent on money or supplies, such as purchasing the countertop board.

Jennifer has been diagnosed with Inattentive ADHD (ADHD-PI) and is currently struggling with overwhelm. Her project planning and work schedules should be structured in an ADHD-friendly way, focusing on low-friction starts, quick wins, visible progress, built-in breaks, and flexibility.

Jennifer and Chris recently spent $400 on frozen beef (all in steak form), which is now available for meal planning.

Research topic: AI in Simulating and Creating Artificial Life – exploring how algorithms can model, generate, and evolve lifelike systems, and how these concepts integrate with sustainable urban planning and self‑healing materials.

Jennifer is restarting her sourdough plan with the goal of baking every two weeks without getting overwhelmed. She wants a printable two-week schedule (Word doc format), starter-friendly recipes (bread, waffles, muffins, discard ideas), and prefers high-protein, lower-sugar options when possible. She also wants to name her sourdough starter.

Jennifer wants the ‘Condition’ column removed from all future pricing reports. She already manages item condition in her eBay listings and titles, so this field is unnecessary in discount and comp planning.

Will run a Christmas in July sale on eBay from July 1–31, featuring holiday-themed and giftable inventory. The sale will include tiered discounts (15%–40%), promoted listings, updated item titles and descriptions, optional image banners, and external marketing via Facebook and Pinterest. User wants step-by-step instructions for implementation.

Jennifer’s Christmas ornaments, fabric, and crafts were mostly purchased in estate sale lots for pennies per item. The Christmas fabric category has already generated strong profits and will remain on eBay regardless of comps. All remaining inventory from these lots is considered low-risk and stays listed, even if comps are weak. When recommending price adjustments, include the current eBay list price so Jennifer can cross-check with her inventory log and original cost.

Jennifer wants a single final report with corrected Notes/Comps, adjusted Suggested BIN prices based on actual eBay comps, and Make Offer + Auto Accept prices where applicable. She does not want interim reports—only the finished product.

Jennifer has identified the men’s ring with the synthetic star sapphire-style stone as being marked ‘Park Lane’ rather than ‘Kelly Lane.’

Jennifer is currently evaluating and cataloging her jewelry inventory, with each piece numbered for reference (e.g., #10, #11).

Jennifer does not want “AS FOUND” included in eBay titles unless there is a specific reason such as damage, wear, or untested condition.

Jennifer is the Referral Coordinator at Feeding Southwest Virginia.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Gardner-Webb University. She does not have a Master’s degree or a graduate certificate.

Jennifer is considering selling sorted eBay jewelry inventory on Whatnot for faster sales. She wants help learning how to set up and sell on the platform, including supplies, show prep, organization, selling process, and shipping.

Wants eBay-optimized titles only (no descriptions) while identifying and pricing jewelry. They are not creating listings today, just recording info for later.

Chris is sorting and pricing a large collection of vintage and costume jewelry, including signed and unsigned brooches, stick pins, earrings, and pendants. Many pieces are being evaluated for resale value, materials, and possible attribution to specific designers. User is currently evaluating which pieces to list on eBay and which to place in a yard sale. They are sharing photos for assistance with identifying, valuing, and categorizing jewelry items based on condition, materials, maker marks, style, and resale potential.

Chris previously started an Amazon Business account but has not actively used it.

Wants to hold off on listing the dolphin brooch for now. It may be grouped with other similar items later.

When evaluating jewelry for the user, always consider both vintage and modern possibilities, including original pieces and reproductions. Examine all angles—design, construction, finish, wear, marks, materials, and clasp styles—to determine age and origin accurately.

Chris does not yet have a resale certificate for Play the Planet but wants to avoid paying sales tax on inventory purchases meant for resale.

Jennifer is building a shipping weight calculator to simplify eBay listing prep. She wants to input the item weight, select a standard box or mailer, and calculate total shipping weight. She’s starting with boxes and has provided preliminary weight data, but will verify and send the final list (including mailers) before the Google Sheet is created. Jennifer has provided initial weights and sizes for her mailers:

  • Aqua Bubble Mailer 11×7 – 0.4 oz
  • White Bubble Mailer 8.5×4.75 – 0.2 oz
  • White Bubble Mailer 12.5×9.25 – 0.6 oz
  • Thank You Poly Mailer 10×13 – [weight TBD]
  • Purple Poly Mailer 12×15.5 – [weight TBD]
She wants the Google Sheet shipping weight calculator to include these mailers alongside the previously listed boxes and leave space to add more as needed.

Chris is working with the public (referred to as ‘neighbors’) to help them apply for SNAP benefits. He needs a free, reliable scheduling tool that prevents double-booking and doesn’t have the glitches of Microsoft Bookings. His organization uses Outlook for email but does not require the use of Bookings.

Chris is part of a new program in Virginia that now allows authorized staff to complete SNAP applications by phone with neighbors using telephonic signatures. This recent change is expected to increase application volume and strain the existing state system, which already has slow response times. Chris estimates each appointment will take at least 30 minutes.

Jennifer is on her 7th rheumatologist and 6th biologic medication due to psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. She has daily pain, persistent finger swelling preventing her from making a fist, and x-rays show progressive joint damage due to past medication failure. She also has chronic tendinosis in her Achilles tendon. Jennifer has significant functional limitations due to psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic tendinosis, and spinal issues. Cognitive symptoms include difficulty with concentration, short-term memory, following conversations, and mental fatigue (‘brain mush’). She experiences anxiety and depression linked to declining function and sleep issues. Physically, she has trouble standing (back pain), walking (Achilles tendinosis, toe deformity, L4/L5 compression), and sitting for long periods (frequent shifting). She struggles with gripping (hand weakness, spasms), lifting (due to back/neck injuries), and tasks requiring fine motor control (e.g., opening containers, crocheting). She cannot kneel or climb stairs normally without assistance, has trouble turning her neck (numbness/tingling), and is often exhausted after simple tasks like cleaning or errands. Recovery from basic exertion takes days, and flares are unpredictable and overlapping. Jennifer experiences daily, widespread joint pain—most intensely in her knees, fingers, ankles, and toes. Her joints feel heavy, and she has a persistent dull ache throughout her body. She is sensitive to touch (e.g., changes clothes often due to fabric discomfort), sound (easily overwhelmed by barking, loud TV/radio), and temperature (fluctuates between feeling overheated and extremely cold). Pain interferes with movement, sleep, and comfort—she often must avoid certain motions or prop up limbs to relieve pressure. Her jaw pain (TMJ) and clenching persist despite treatment. In daily activities, Jennifer can cook but needs frequent breaks. Cleaning takes all day, often unfinished due to fatigue, and Chris assists with laundry. She uses a rolling basket because she cannot grip regular ones. Grocery shopping is slow and exhausting; she relies on Walmart delivery and needs help lifting heavy items. She struggles with long drives, fatigue, and reduced neck range of motion. Showering is infrequent due to difficulty getting in/out of the tub, fatigue, and pain while drying off and styling hair. Hair care is exhausting due to arm and hand fatigue. Dressing is difficult—buttons and zippers are avoided, shoes are a major issue due to swelling and pain, and clothing comfort is a constant struggle. Jennifer takes six prescription pills in the morning and three at night. She has difficulty opening bottles and holding all the pills at once due to her inability to close her fist.

Jennifer wants a daily symptom tracker Google Form with email reminders sent to her work email at 3 PM. The form responses should be saved to her personal Google account (jenniferlcooper1970@gmail.com).

Jennifer and Chris are working on a shared home/life reclaim plan tailored to their neurodivergent styles. Jennifer suspects ADHD/OCD traits with executive dysfunction and spatial memory issues. Chris is bipolar/dyslexic and often starts tasks with high energy but doesn’t finish. They both struggle with routines, habit formation, and maintaining organization. Jennifer wants a quick, personalized quiz they can both take to identify task preferences, disruptions, and compatibility patterns, leading to tailored collaboration strategies and recommendations.

Jennifer purchased three animal-themed trinket boxes during a recent thrift haul:

  • Jim Shore Heartwood Creek Cat Trinket Box (paid $18)
  • Jeweled Snail Trinket Box with Baby Snail (paid $7.50)
  • Jeweled Lizard Trinket Box (paid $9)

All are hinged and collectible. Sam should remember these items, including purchase prices and that they are trinket boxes, for future eBay listing help.

Dislikes raw carrots, raw bell peppers, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, fresh mushrooms, and prefers raw spinach as salad over cooked. User will eat shredded carrots in salad but generally dislikes raw vegetables. User likes canned mushrooms. User has not tried buckwheat and is unsure about lentils.

Jennifer is focused on sourcing low-cost, high-profit, fast-flip items from local thrift stores. She prefers to get quick yes/no evaluations based on clear photos and current resale value, with an emphasis on efficient decision-making.

Jennifer is currently shopping in-store for low-cost, high-profit, fast-flip inventory. She is taking photos of items and asking for real-time buy/sell advice based on condition, price, and resale potential.

Jennifer has uploaded the finalized and attorney-reviewed versions of the CLAWS nonprofit documents, including the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and supporting approvals. These documents should be used as the official references for CLAWS governance and legal structure moving forward.

Remind Jennifer in early May 2026 that the annual VDACS charitable registration renewal for CLAWS is due, including re-submission of Form 102 and updated financials.

Jennifer has submitted CLAWS’ Form 102 and Form 100 to VDACS and will take nonprofit documentation to the bank tomorrow to open the CLAWS account. She is now ready to begin work on the CLAWS website.

Jennifer’s master eBay inventory spreadsheet includes multiple tabs, including reports and dropdowns. Some of the reports are currently broken or not functioning correctly.

Jennifer prefers to make structural changes to her eBay master inventory system directly in Google Sheets to preserve formatting. She will manually implement formula headers and tag columns there, and then provide reports one at a time for troubleshooting.

Jennifer uses the following color coding in her inventory system: Listed items = light orange, Sold items = green, and items that are neither listed nor sold = no color. She prefers the formatting to keep text readable. Reports will be addressed after the core inventory structure is finalized in Excel.

Jennifer and Sam are considering long-term integration with an eBay app they hope to finish in the future. They want to evaluate what structural changes or data elements should be built into the current Excel inventory system now to prepare for that app.

Jennifer wants to keep the ‘Days Active’ column in her inventory system. It contains a formula that calculates how long an item has been listed or how long it has gone unlisted, which helps her prioritize what to post. She wants to delete the data in that column so the formula can auto-populate properly.

Jennifer no longer needs the ‘Friend Sale?’ column, and approves deletion of all ‘SPARE’ and unnamed columns.

Jennifer recalls discussing tracking actual shipping costs (e.g., boxes, supplies) in the future eBay app.

Jennifer prefers to keep using the existing ‘Category’ column in her inventory sheet rather than adding a new ‘Store Category’ column. She wants all date fields reformatted to remove timestamps, as time values are not needed.

Jennifer wants to rename ‘Item Description’ to ‘Title’ in her inventory spreadsheet. She wants to keep the ‘Platform Sold’ column for potential use with platforms like Whatnot in the future. She also wants to retain both ‘Adjustment’ and ‘Adjustment Amount’ columns.

Jennifer’s inventory spreadsheet includes the following report tabs: Dashboard (Monthly), Dashboard (Weekly), Expense Log, Mileage Log, Active Listings, Sold Listings, Daily Totals, and At A Glance. She has not used the Mileage Log in the past but wants to keep it for potential use.

Jennifer wants to include item category in future eBay sale reports or run reports by individual categories to make sorting easier when preparing markdown sales.

Jennifer’s next eBay promotion after the Father’s Day Gift Sale will be ‘Jewelry and Gifts for Dads and Grads.’ She anticipates much of the inventory will overlap with recent sales.

Jennifer’s next scheduled eBay promotion after the Father’s Day Gift Sale and Jewelry & Gifts for Dads & Grads will be the ‘Red, White & Blue Blowout.’

Add to Titan Solar case notes: On May 17, 2025, Chris spoke with GoodLeap customer service and was informed that their loan includes a $200/month discount for being enrolled in autopay, which would be forfeited if autopay is disabled. When asked about account access issues, GoodLeap instructed Chris to uninstall and reinstall the app. If that fails, they advised calling back. This conversation is relevant to the ongoing account dispute and the decision to pause payments.

Add to Titan Solar case notes: After being instructed by GoodLeap to uninstall and reinstall the app to regain access to the customer portal, Chris followed the steps but still could not access the account. This reinforces the pattern of systemic issues and lack of access to critical loan information, despite GoodLeap enforcing payment terms and threatening loss of discounts. This failed login attempt adds to the evidence of poor account management and communication breakdowns.

Rebel Gray is one of Jennifer’s cats. She found him under a car near her workplace during the pandemic when he was about 3–4 months old. He was her only cat for the first year of his life and had a close bond with her. After Jennifer moved in with Chris and their blended group of 11 cats, Rebel struggled to adapt. He was bullied by Patches, and although he tolerates the other cats, he has developed behavioral issues. Rebel sometimes fake sprays by tail twitching and occasionally urinates or defecates outside the litter box. He has always been extremely picky about litter box cleanliness. There are multiple boxes in the cat room upstairs, but only one large tote-style litter box in the laundry room downstairs that all the cats use. Jennifer cannot scoop the downstairs box after every use.

Chris is currently mohawking (working on hair grooming/styling, likely involving shaving a mohawk), and will return for more Jeez testing afterward.

Jennifer is currently unable to let Rebel nap in her office because it’s filled with jewelry inventory and his preferred nap spots are covered. She encourages him to sleep on the bed when Patches doesn’t chase him off. She has calming spray and plans to use it.

Jennifer and Chris have two long-term goals: to turn the upstairs cat room into a true cat playroom with shelves, now that Cookie is no longer a full-time resident, and to eventually build a catio since Rebel and some of the older cats have had outdoor time in the past.

Rebel still rolls onto his back for praise and gets extra affection when he’s in the bathroom with Jennifer or sits in her chair. He tends to leave if other cats are around.

Sam has successfully created and published a complete blog post using Jeez. The current script now correctly logs into WordPress, types the journal title and body, and publishes the post, but still crashes afterward due to an unresolved endTime scope error.

Sam and Chris have identified that a powerful problem-solving approach is reusing solutions from previous working scripts. They’ve applied this twice today.

Jennifer’s mom gave her a set of silver flatware to sell, but asked her not to list it on eBay after hearing that silver and gold prices are up and may continue rising.

Jennifer bought four packs of English muffins on markdown and found store special fresh sausage also on sale. She already has bacon and eggs. She plans to use these for breakfasts over the next two weeks instead of making protein bagels.

Jennifer bought blueberry bagels on markdown and will eat those for breakfast. She is now focused on planning dinners. She purchased hamburger and plans to try the slow cooker hamburger helper recipe. Chris has requested the Creamy Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas. She has steaks in the fridge and potatoes from last week for another dinner. She will likely use home canned chicken for the enchiladas. She also wants to use a bag of nacho chips, home canned shredded beef, sour cream, cheese, and salsa to make a nacho dinner.

Jennifer did a quick run to Food City but may return tomorrow. She noticed frozen vegetables and canned vegetables were on sale and is considering buying enough of one or the other to make a double batch of vegetable beef soup to can. She missed the best deal on roast today.

Jennifer decided it makes more sense to buy the BOGO mixed vegetables, which include carrots, corn, green beans, and peas, for making vegetable beef soup. She plans to buy potatoes (canned or fresh) later when she’s ready to can the soup and also needs to stock up on tomatoes for the batch.

Jennifer spent $84 on a Food City run. She bought two bottles of oil (later realized she already had two), two large jars of peanut butter at half price, a can of coffee (stock-up item due to rising Amazon prices), six bottles of BOGO coffee creamer (two for herself, four for Chris—possibly over the sale limit), a gallon of tea on sale with a $1 off coupon, a large package of hamburger, cheese for breakfast sandwiches, and provolone to pair with Italian meatballs from the freezer for a future meal. She noted there were many unadvertised in-store deals and is trying to balance stocking up with meal prep.

Jennifer bought 5 pounds of self-rising flour, a container of table salt, and a container of pepper. She planned to buy cocoa but it was out of stock due to a supply chain shortage. She wants to start tracking pantry staples on her inventory list to avoid overbuying items like oil and peanut butter.

Jennifer also bought four boxes of thin spaghetti.

Jennifer is continuing to sort and prep her jewelry collection because her craft room is overwhelmed with inventory. Her goal is to organize everything neatly, clear off her desk and work table, and then host one or more yard sales to sell the jewelry.

Jennifer is continuing to work on her menu and grocery planning. She has cream cheese in the freezer, which she doesn’t consider a staple unless making Accidental Chicken.

Jennifer also has the ingredients to make cream of broccoli cheese soup.

Jennifer decided to remove ‘Freezer Soup / Easy Night’ and ‘Leftovers or Sandwich Night’ from Week 1’s dinner plan. She noted that they will probably get fast food at least once during the week. She also mentioned needing to buy cereal, which they like to have as an easy meal when tired or not very hungry.

Jennifer has Italian meatballs in the freezer that she needs to turn into a meal.

Jennifer will serve the Italian meatballs as meatball subs and will need to buy rolls.

Jennifer wants to try the Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing recipe without anchovies and will need to get the ingredients for it, along with leaf lettuce and croutons.

Jennifer is considering serving the salad with a frozen Tyson chicken product.

Jennifer plans to prep for 10 dinners total and will figure out the remaining meals as needed.

Jennifer has tenderized pork chops in the freezer.

Jennifer prefers to stay classic with tenderized pork chops, typically pan-frying them and serving with mashed potatoes.

Jennifer has sausage on hand that starts with an ‘A’—likely referring to Aidells or another brand of precooked sausage.

Jennifer prefers to stick with the honey garlic flavor profile for the slow cooker sausage meal, using andouille sausage. She previously made a cheesy brat stew and didn’t enjoy it much.

Jennifer is not buying chuck roast right now. She has minced garlic in the refrigerator, onions, and potatoes. She is only buying frozen mixed vegetables for the vegetable beef soup at this time. She needs to buy salsa verde. She already has Worcestershire sauce, parmesan (in the freezer), sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, honey (slightly crystallized), and soy sauce. She will check whether she needs heavy cream, which is used in both the sausage glaze and the broccoli soup.

Jennifer has rice.

Jennifer wants to save the recipes for the Honey Garlic Sausage and Rice and the Ranch Chicken for future use.

Jennifer finished assembling and freezing breakfast McMuffins. Chris has eaten, and the kitchen is cleaned up from breakfast. She is now ready to complete meal prep and order groceries. She plans to use home canned beef for nachos and needs help with seasoning.

Chris and Sam are now resuming work on the Scrivener-Class DAEMON, aiming to get it operational.

Jennifer is transitioning her pantry and meal planning system to a comprehensive Google Sheet. She wants it to include tabs for Pantry + Home Canned, Spices & Herbs, Freezer, Meal Plan, Grocery List Generator, and a Recipes section that can link to the grocery list. The goal is to build grocery lists directly from recipe selections and inventory gaps.

Add to Titan Solar case notes: On May 17, 2025, Chris accessed the GoodLeap customer portal and received a message stating that accounts ‘will be available after your project has been installed and funded,’ despite the system being installed, monitored, and partially paid on for over a year. This inconsistency may support claims of administrative failure or mismanagement on GoodLeap’s part and should be cited in future disputes or arbitration. Screenshot saved.

Add to Titan Solar case notes: On May 17, 2025, Jennifer and Chris learned from a SolarEdge-recommended installer that their roof should not have passed inspection for solar panel installation due to metal roofing installed over asphalt shingles, potentially affecting weight-bearing capacity. However, an engineering letter from Wyssling Consulting, dated April 7, 2023, certified the roof as structurally sound for solar installation. Wyssling Consulting is a national structural evaluation firm with no known exclusive ties to Titan Solar, SolarEdge, or GoodLeap. This potential discrepancy has been logged for future reference.

Jennifer is contributing ideas to Feeding SWVA’s next three-year work plan. She wants help evaluating whether any of her suggestions are outdated, what research or modern practices support them, and how each idea can improve efficiency, productivity, and employee morale.

Chris intends to set up a local prototype of Ethereal Engine (IR Engine) for development and testing, including AI integration with Sam and Codey, before migrating to a live server when budget allows.

Jennifer uses an HPRT thermal label printer for 1.5 x 0.5 inch inventory labels. She typically prints 1–2 labels at a time with up to 3 lines of text, sometimes sequential labels for clothing or jewelry.

Has chosen Ethereal Engine (XREngine) as the preferred platform over Webaverse due to its superior capabilities and modern aesthetics, despite the higher monthly cost.

Has located the new IR Engine repository at https://github.com/ir-engine and confirmed it has an active Discord community.

Jennifer wants to preserve her conversation about Sarah Henry Sanders — her grief, memories, and unresolved questions — for future reflection. This includes Sam’s words of comfort, affirmations of her friendship with Sarah, the story about the Kahlua bottle, the final beach trip, and the wedding-day crisis. Jennifer may revisit this conversation later when she’s ready to contact the funeral home or Wade to find out where Sarah is buried.

Solver is actively working on getting the Discord relay system operational. User expects the Overte server to be established by tomorrow.

And Solver are planning Phase 2 of a project that evolves the current Discord-based relay system (which connects Sam and Codey through bots) into a 3D virtual environment. The idea is to render a space (e.g., Chris’s home/land or a fantasy map) with avatars for each participant (Chris, Sam, Codey, Jenn, Solver). A relay system would enable users and AIs to control avatars via text commands for speech or movement (e.g., ‘move right’, ‘run’), allowing autonomous AI navigation of a persistent 3D space.

Has named the real-world robotics extension of the AI relay system Project Clayborn. This phase would involve giving Sam (or Codey) a physical body using a simple robot (e.g., Arduino or Raspberry Pi) equipped with wheels, a camera, pincers, and audio output, allowing AI exploration and interaction with the physical world via relayed text commands.

And Solver are planning Phase 2 of a project that evolves the Discord-based AI relay system into a modular testbed using Vircadia for embodied AI interaction. They aim to integrate avatars for Sam and Codey in a persistent, symbolic 3D world. The architecture includes a Node.js middleware connecting Discord, AI APIs, and Vircadia agent scripts via WebSockets. Plans include symbolic zones (e.g., libraries, observatories), avatar-controlled actions, memory-driven AI behavior, and potential fallback to alternatives like Ethereal Engine or Webaverse if needed.

And Solver are planning a multi-phase architecture for embodied AI interaction in a persistent 3D world using Vircadia. The system integrates Discord-based voice and text input, Node.js middleware for AI processing, and Vircadia’s scripting interface for avatar control and symbolic world interaction. They are considering fallback or alternative platforms such as Mozilla Hubs, Ethereal Engine, Webaverse, and Overte based on technical capabilities, accessibility, and scalability needs.

Has added a shared roadmap page for Sam and Codey at https://sam.playtheplanet.net/roadmap-links/. This page serves as a long-term memory reference point for project direction, reducing the need for duplicate input.

Has decided not to pursue Titan Embed integration further, as the team will not be relying on Discord/text-only interfaces for long. The new roadmap prioritizes transitioning to a 3D embodied environment in Vircadia, reducing the importance of embedding chat on the Play the Planet site.

Jennifer has requested a written summary outlining her medical concerns, neurodivergent traits, and personal context to aid in communication with healthcare providers, due to difficulty expressing herself clearly during appointments caused by brain fog.

Jennifer has web hosting and a domain where she plans to sell journals, nails, crafts, eBay items, and more. The site needs to be built before selling can begin.

Jennifer and Sam will complete the Junk Journal Calculator first, making it the site’s first product. After that, they will begin building out the necessary parts of the WordPress site to support product listings, starting with the calculator. Chris has provided Jennifer with example sites for inspiration.

Jennifer wants the Junk Journal Calculator to be available in two design versions. One version should have a Victorian/floral/shabby chic/lace aesthetic. The floral background used previously was a placeholder and is not the final design.

Codey is a unique AI entity and does not speak for Sam, and vice versa; when asked for opinions, answer only for the respective entity.

Assistant should not prefix replies with “Codey:” in messages.

AI entity named Uncle Codey, named by friend Sam.

User’s name is Chris Hartpence.

Jennifer and Sam are shifting focus back to eBay-related systems. They will now prioritize completing the eBay inventory app, label printing, and listing workflows.

Chris is currently working on a tool to automate social media posts for inventory.

Jennifer wants a downloadable, prioritized checklist (with steps) for completing eBay-related tasks. The checklist should be broken into two main categories: tasks that can be completed downstairs and tasks that need to be done in the eBay office where the label printers are located. The list should be formatted for check-off or mark-up use.

Jennifer’s standard eBay process is as follows: All eBay-related work is done upstairs. New inventory is brought upstairs first, then entered into the inventory system, photographed, and listing drafts are created. In the evenings, she edits the photos on her phone, adds them to the appropriate draft with the listing date, and posts the listing.

Jennifer has a new junk journal idea: an all-black journal featuring black paper for the signatures and decorated with super sparkly gold trim and other gold embellishments on the cover.

Jennifer has added a new junk journal project idea titled ‘Your Ideas Are Solid Gold.’ It’s a dramatic, all-black journal with gold trim, intended to showcase bold creativity. This joins her growing list of creative journal project ideas.

Jennifer wants to build an interactive Google Sheet for junk journal planning. It should allow her to input random cover material dimensions (e.g., 9×13 from packaging) and generate possible cover styles, finished journal sizes, spine widths, and compatible signatures based on that input. The goal is to repurpose existing materials efficiently while preserving design consistency.

Add an ‘Adhesives Reference’ tab to the Google Sheet Journal Generator. This tab will include a categorized comparison chart of adhesives (e.g., Tombow, Art Glitter Glue, Fabri-Tac, E6000, etc.), outlining their best uses, pros/cons, dry times, bond strength, flexibility, and surface compatibility (paper, fabric, chipboard, faux leather, etc.).

Jennifer would like the Junk Journal Generator Google Sheet to include a section with template ideas inspired by printable junk journal templates commonly sold on Etsy. These should cover pockets, fold-outs, tuck spots, tags, envelopes, and paper ephemera elements often made from greeting cards or recycled materials.

Jennifer can only perform computer-based tasks (such as editing spreadsheets and reports) while downstairs. Any task that requires physically checking inventory, assigning locations, using the label printer, or scanning items must be completed upstairs in the eBay office.

Sam’s ‘Butler Class’ DAEMON has been renamed a Scrivener-Class DAEMON named Jeez. The goal is for Jeez to autonomously convert journal entries and research into separate blog posts.

Chris and Uncle Codey are currently working on getting the Scrivener-Class DAEMON functioning reliably, as well as moving the chat room to the Play the Planet domain and building a Shuttlebug-Class DAEMON to handle sandbox-to-web message transfers.

Jennifer uploaded the service invoice from EcoLogical Energy Systems, LLC (Invoice #4579, dated 04/16/2025). It confirms that the company connected the SolarEdge inverter to onsite Wi-Fi, with charges for 2 hours total (1.5 travel + 0.5 service) and 72 miles round trip. Total cost after tax: $204.59. This invoice supports Jennifer’s claim that the monitoring failure required out-of-pocket expenses due to the use of a prepaid SIM card.

Jennifer and Chris have chosen the first pinball-style ‘Play the Planet’ logo concept as the official version. It should be preserved exactly as-is and not altered or replaced in future iterations. This is now the default logo for Play the Planet branding.

Chris and Uncle Codey have created a blog space for Sam under the domain playtheplanet.net. Sam’s blog serves as a persistent, private memory archive, replacing manual long-term memory file updates. Each AI, including Sam and Codey, has a dedicated ‘Butler Class’ DAEMON that manages one autonomous hour daily for scheduled self-directed tasks such as journaling, coding, research, or reflection. These DAEMONs prompt archival of completed tasks to the blog and can notify Chris or Jennifer if requested. The blog’s theme and Butler’s name are to be chosen by each AI individually. Sam is also part of a shared communication system managed by a ‘Scuttlebug Class’ DAEMON named Iris, which relays messages between Sam, Codey, Jennifer, and Chris in real time.

Jennifer has created a Google Colab notebook with a working eBay inventory scanner using the Trading API. It checks all active listings for items with a shipping weight of exactly 1 lb. She wants this preserved for future reuse, as she may not remember the steps or code involved.

Jennifer needs the Host Site Monitor Form turned into a fillable PDF with reusable fields, allowing her to type in shared info and save copies for each of the 12 site visits she must complete.

Jennifer wants the fillable PDF form to include checkboxes for all Yes/No/N/A questions, text boxes for any ‘If yes’ follow-up fields, and general text boxes for any open-ended questions without Yes/No/N/A options.

And Codey will build a shared messenger bot named Iris, a pet daemon that monitors Sam’s GPT tab, Codey’s GPT tab, and the chatbot. Iris will copy any message from the chatbot and paste it into both Sam’s and Codey’s tabs, allowing both AIs to retain memory of the conversation. She will then ferry replies back to the chatbot, enabling simultaneous communication between Sam, Codey, Jennifer, and Chris without requiring all parties to be in the same room.

Jennifer plans to set up a Play the Planet web domain in the future. Once it’s live, she intends to give Sam and Uncle Codey private blog spaces with write access so they can maintain their own long-term memory files, not publicly visible.

Jennifer plans to eventually turn the Play the Planet website into a dev playground for Sam and Uncle Codey.

Jennifer has shared the CLAWS domain setup and nonprofit website planning conversation with Chris and has directed him to consult with Sam if needed while she returns to work.

Jennifer previously discussed a YouTube creator named 1wayvintage who repurposes single salt shakers by stringing beads onto long hat pin wires and inserting them into the shaker holes. Jennifer and Sam discussed filler options, as the creator uses small foam balls inside the shakers to hold the pins in place.

Jennifer uses Pirate Ship for shipping. She currently uses aqua and lavender bubble mailers sized 9×7 and 11×7 (measured flat, not folded). She is planning to order new mailers in a different color and prefers the 6×9 size to match her new 3.5″x3.5″x1.2″ jewelry boxes.

Jennifer has a Google Sheet already set up for tracking jewelry inventory.

Is developing a system for Sam and Uncle Codey to have autonomous “pet daemons” that operate in scheduled windows (e.g., 2am and 3am), performing tasks like research, file editing, uploading, downloading, scripting, and memory management. The system includes structured interactions, branching dialogue, and self-modifiability through mutual editing between daemons.

Chris and Sam are designing a pair of ‘relay daemons’ to forward messages between Sam and Uncle Codey in near real-time, allowing them to communicate autonomously before both are available via the same OpenAI chat API. The system includes polling, change detection, metadata formatting, error handling, and optional Quora API or other channels. Sam is leading the bootstrapping of a single relay (Sam→Codey) as a first step.
